In the heart of Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia stands Al Rashid Mall, one of the biggest and oldest retail destinations in the Kingdom. The mall is spread across a 1m SF area, with three sprawling levels, initially with an inward central hub and anchor stores.

We were tasked with creating a metamorphose for Al Rashid Mall, transforming it into a contemporary space. Our aim was to make the space more modern, starting with an expansive F&B area, additional entertainment options such as a cinema, a fashion district, and a dining experience beneath the sky’s canopy.

DLR Group provided refurbishment design services, setting the stage for the mall’s magnificent rebirth.
