He is an integral member of the K-12 Education studio in Houston, working alongside DLR Group education experts to expand the firm’s practice in Texas. He has an innate ability to listen to clients and translate their needs into beautiful, functional, and sustainable spaces.

Paul is an Austrian architect and designer who has been living and working in Houston for the last 15 years. He received his Bachelors and Masters degree in architecture and urban planning with honors from the University of Technology in Vienna. Paul moved to the United States in 2006 for his Master of Architecture at Rice University. His professional accomplishments include local and state design awards. His academic accomplishments include the Bene Consulting Award for the most innovative thesis project and the Pfann Ohmann Award at the University of Technology.

As a senior architect, Qeturah Williams manages all phases of the architectural design process. Her portfolio includes multiple market sectors - institutional, industrial, Laboratories, Healthcare, Higher Education, and K-12 Education. She collaborates with clients on visioning, programming, design, and construction administration.

Emily's background in higher education design includes extensive experience in STEM and health sciences facilities. Recent work includes the programming, planning, and design for facilities at Texas A&M University, Texas Tech University, West Texas A&M University, and Blinn College District.
