Michael is a nationally recognized leader in the management of the building design and construction process.  He leads operations in Honolulu providing services to clients in Hawaii and the Pacific. Throughout his career, Mike has participated in a wide variety of private and public sector projects nationally and internationally.  His experience includes hospitality and resorts, workplace, retail, healthcare, higher education, K 12 education, industrial, and luxury residential.

Kiko serves as Hospitality Leader at DLR Group. She brings over 15 years of experience leading the design of luxury, lifestyle, and wellness-focused spaces for hotels, restaurants, private clubs, and luxury residences. She collaborates with top operators such as Fairmont, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, and boutique operators to create transformative experiences.
