As a client leader, Julie leads design teams to meet the critical needs of school districts and communities. She is a natural connection maker with deep roots in the Triangle region, including her active involvement in North Carolina State University College of Design Leaders’ Council, Construction Professionals Network Institute, and past presidency of AIA Triangle.

Peyton is our Healthcare Business Development Leader. Having spent the majority of career in the AEC industry, Peyton is adept at cultivating, nurturing, and building relationships with healthcare partners and clients. A third-generation native of Charlotte, she is intimately familiar with the local area and community needs.

Emily leads business development efforts from the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina studio. She collaborates with design teams to meet the educational facility needs of school districts and institutions across the southeast region of the country.

Brad leads our Charlotte office and oversees operations and culture across the Carolinas. He is mindful of natural resources and energy, and works toward healthy, sustainable design solutions that directly tie to clients' and end users' needs.
