Brad leads our Charlotte office and oversees operations and culture across the Carolinas. He is mindful of natural resources and energy, and works toward healthy, sustainable design solutions that directly tie to clients' and end users' needs.

Jason is a K-12 designer with expertise in the planning and design of 21st century learning environments. Practicing from the firm’s Charlotte studio, he leads visioning and community engagement processes for school districts, securing funding and creating successful road maps for their future. His portfolio includes new school construction, and facility modernizations and renovations for Pre-K and K-8 schools to major high school campuses.

John leads teams of designers, engineers, and planners dedicated solely to finding perfect solutions for healthcare client projects. His specialties include inpatient hospital bed towers, surgery centers, and outpatient medical office buildings.
