DLR Group to Steer Campus Expansion at Roseville High School
(SACRAMENTO, Calif., March 19, 2024) – Roseville Joint Union High School District appoints DLR Group to complete its comprehensive plan for Roseville High School. DLR Group’s design incorporates future-ready learning environments, while paying homage to the rich history at Roseville HS, which was originally established and built over 100 years ago.
The focal point for the campus improvements will be the 23,000-SF classroom building addition. The new building will be comprised of future-ready classrooms and flexible learning spaces, as well as teacher collaboration spaces. The plan also calls for a reimagined, centrally located, outdoor dining area. Roseville High School plans to install new tennis courts, a new outdoor competition and swim deck area, and remove existing temporary portable units on campus.
RJUHSD provides educational opportunities for more than 10,000 students in northeast Sacramento, serving the communities of Roseville, Granite Bay, Antelope, and portions of Placer and Sacramento Counties. Roseville High School is one of six comprehensive high schools in the district. In addition to those six facilities, the district also operates a continuation school, an adult school, and an independent study school.
