Pipa’s design career spans residential, hospitality, retail, and corporate design in Melbourne, Sydney, Tokyo, London, Milan, and the U.S. She has also developed numerous furniture designs and prototypes launched at Milan Salone di Mobile for Italian companies. DLR Group saw a record number of 13 hotel projects open in 2022, making this an exciting time for her leadership addition and influential global perspective.

An award-winning designer in numerous competitions, Pipa has received the ASID Design Excellence Awards for kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, textiles, and commercial interiors. She is passionate about furniture and accessory design partnerships with other designers and artists, helping bring their designs to life and producing new furniture and lighting product lines. Pipa’s dedication to creative collaborations to develop new, beautiful products enriches her design thinking and sharpens her eye for detail, further strengthening the team’s potential.
