The Clackamas P3 team will present the best practices that led to the successful construction of the Clackamas County Courthouse. This courthouse is one of the first in the U.S. built with P3 and will serve the community with pillars of justice, sustainability, and resiliency. The courthouse is scheduled to open in May 2025.

Key themes will include:

• Background on county decision-making process and public recommendation to go with P3.
• Building a successful team among P3 participants.
• Advantages of P3 for counties and municipalities.
• Lessons learned and recommendations from representatives.

The panel includes the owner, owner’s representative, equity provider, design-builder, and operator/maintainer.

The session will be held on the third day of the conference, Tuesday, April 8 from 1:30 PM – 2:15 PM.
