DLR Group to Speak at 2023 Healthcare Design Conference + Expo

Join the DLR Group team at the upcoming Healthcare Design Conference + Expo in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Senior Associate and Project Manager Graciela Kessler, RID, LEED AP ID+C, will participate in a panel discussion titled, “Why Sustainable Design is Crucial in Tackling Climate Change?”

This panel discussion will be a robust conversation centered on why the increasing need for sustainability within interior design is crucial in healthcare and wellness facilities and the challenges of regional effects of climate change in creating spaces that will serve the unique challenges of communities throughout the country.

Graciela will be accompanied by co-panelists Brittany Gross, LEED Green Associate, WELL AP, Sustainability Manager at Construction Specialties, Jon Strassner, LEED AP, Director of Outreach at Mindful Materials, and Lynnette Tedder AAHID, CID, IIDA, EDAC, LEED AP, WELL AP, Associate Principal, Practice Leader at Perkins & Will. The panel discussion will be moderated by Kip Altstaetter, Ind. IIDA, Principal at The KipCo & CS Gulf Coast.

The panel discussion will be held on the third day of the conference, Monday, November 6 from 9:30 – 11:00 AM.

Tickets are $60 for IIDA members, $70 for non-IIDA members, and $75 at the door.
