Campus Kilpatrick Youth Facility was recognized by the Western Council of Construction Consumers with the Distinguished Project Achievement Award for New Construction. With a goal to educate and inform its membership, WCCC developed this project awards program to recognize improvement and excellence in design, engineering and construction of quality, cost-effective projects.
